We Are Advocates for Charter Schools
The National Alliance for Public Charter Schools is a national nonprofit organization committed to advancing the charter school movement. We help put families in charge of their child’s education, principals in charge of their schools, teachers in charge of leading their classrooms, and students in charge of their futures.

Our mission is to lead public education to unprecedented levels of academic achievement by fostering a strong charter school movement.
Charter schools have been making an impact for more than 30 years
Charter schools are at 31 years of impact and counting. And we couldn’t be prouder of the progress we’ve made together. There are now 45 public charter school laws that make it possible for nearly 206,000 teachers to deliver education at more than 7,800 charter schools serving nearly 3.7 million students.
